**Salary range**: $128,612 to $138,102 per annum + 12.5% superannuation.

**About you**:
The desired applicant will have a bachelor's degree or higher in Recreation, Sport and Leisure, Community or a related business management field. They will be a highly experienced leader with extensive knowledge of current and future trends in the sports and recreation environment.

- Able to motivate, empower and challenge others through change.
- Significant senior level experience in a multi-faceted sporting organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver a strategic vision and create innovative sports and recreational programs.
- Ability to build strong networks and effective partnerships with various levels of government, sporting clubs and the community and to position for grant funding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, profitability, assets and maintenance programs.
- Highly developed skills to foster and maintain strong strategic partnerships locally, nationally or globally.
