HIRING - Caretakers/ Body Corporate Cleaning Sub-contractors.
- Must have all necessary insurances and equipment to carry out cleaning and
gardening.

Some of the duties may include:

- Mowing of lawns
- Whipper snipping
- Trimming of hedges, shrubs and plants
- Cobwebbing
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Replacing light globes
- Inspection and reporting of conditions of properties
