**The role**:
This Quality and Safety team undertake ongoing oversight as per the Safety Management System for Engineering.(VAA & VAI CAMO CASR Part 42) for overall Compliance to Regulations and Conformance to all Company policies and procedures.

The role is diverse and gives you the opportunity to partner with other departments around data analysis, quality, risk and change management to drive continuous improvement and meaningful actions to address conformance & compliance.

**What we are looking for**:
**What you will need to be successful**:

- Hold an accreditation as a Lead Auditor
- Qualification in Aviation Maintenance related discipline would be beneficial
- Track record in Operations auditing in the RPT aviation environment to determine the root cause(s) of the deficiencies discovered
- Output and results-focused
- Flair and capability to analyse data and present this in innovative ways
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels
