Requirements:

**Responsibilities**:

- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide IT solutions to problems
- Scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, and analyzing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Educating and liaising with users and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards and procedures
- Installing and downloading appropriate software as per the requirements

and IT equipment
- Deploying computer networks and monitoring
- Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues
- Assist with repair and replacement of peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
- Creating and reviewing technical documentation such as procedural, instructional and operational guides and manuals
