**ABOUT US**

Premier Supported Living is a leading provider of quality care services for individuals with diverse needs. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. The Floor Manager will oversee staff members and ensure the smooth operation of our residential facilities, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Staff Management**
- Supervise and lead a team of support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

**Resident Care**
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by residents or their families promptly and effectively.

**Facility Operations**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of resources and support for residents and staff.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate care and support services across different shifts and departments.
- Participate in team meetings, staff training sessions, and other relevant activities to promote continuous improvement and best practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare or social services sector is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing residential care facilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A commitment to providing compassionate and person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs.

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
