Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for coordinating and administering the delivery of a full suite of HR services to our head office and field employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment, transfer letters, termination paperwork as required.
Triaging and responding to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer focused manner
Assist with the onboarding and induction of new head office employees.
Maintain excellent, detailed HR records.
Providing guidance to people leaders and employees on employment matters
Management of internal employee movements, including role changes, secondments and parental leave and coordinating with payroll
Assist with additional HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.

**From you, we need**:
A qualification in Human Resources (or relevant)
Previous experience within a HR team would be highly regarded.
Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
Process driven and solution orientated.
High level focus on quality and attention to detail
Strong computer skills particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
