**Duties and Responsibilities**
- A conceptual thinker with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling
- A strong understanding of design and animation fundamentals: including pacing, storytelling, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to self-teach and problem solve on the fly.
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Working on a variety of mediums from Social to Film.
- Creating motion graphics and visual elements in a variety of styles mixing live action, 2D, 2.5D and 3D.

**Qualifications**
- Expert in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop
- Understanding of InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience in Cinema 4D and Davinci Resolve a bonus
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work.- Diversity. Inclusion. Equity.
