**Building Manager**

We are looking for an experienced cleaner with excellent communication and administration skills, with the right attitude and desire to join our team and secure a long-term career path in Building Management

Experience in cleaning space is required. We are looking a person who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of our growing company as we strive for customer satisfaction at all times.

This role is 50% cleaning and 50% building management.

It is a highly autonomous role based at Rhodes walking distance from the station.

Core hours are Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm.

Full training and on-going support will be provided.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping and wiping of common areas
- Manage general waste and recycling
- Manage day to day requests from Residents
- Work closely with the Strata Manager
- Enforce strata by-laws and ensure they are adhered to be all Residents and Contractors
- Manage all maintenance contracts and oversee service contractors while onsite
- Emergency repairs management
- Obtain competitive quotation
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting
- Offer regular recommendations to the Owners Corporation, while working with the Strata Manager

**The successful applicant will have previous experience with the cleaning services and/or building management industry and/or trade background experience and demonstrate the following**:

- At least (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Hard work ethic.
- Listen to Residents needs in an empathetic way.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to systems and procedures.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

We are looking a person who can work autonomously while still being part of the team.

You will need a positive can-do attitude and approach your responsibilities pro-actively and with confidence.
