**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment is currently seeking 2x ICT Service Agents for a State Government Department within the Health Care space.

Located on St George’s Terrace in the Perth CBD, these positions are for an immediate start, offering a 6-month temporary casual contract, with possible extension, paying between $48-$51 per hour plus super.

Our client is currently assisting with driving improvements in health and care with the implementation of a Digital Medical Record. As part of this you will assist with the roll-out of EUC at various Metropolitan sites.

As the ICT Service Agent, you will work across various Metropolitan sites assisting with the assemble, image and installation of newly procured equipment, ranging from monitors and computers to specialised scanners and mobile workstations.

**Role specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provides first level support for digital workspace devices and software.
- Installs, tests and maintains digital workspaces according to standard operating environment (SOE) adhering to quality management procedures.
- Provides ICT support services across a variety of digital workspace environments at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes.
- Work as part of a mobile and highly contactable team responsive to customer demands.
- Undertakes the provisioning, maintaining and de-provisioning customer access to the Departments Information Systems and services (including external access).
- Provides support and advice to customers in the use of digital workspace technologies.
- Liaises with external service providers as required.

**To be successful you will have;**
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital workspace technologies in a large complex environment.
- Relevant ICT qualifications.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM (Desirable).
- Knowledge of information security principles.
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills within an Information Communications Technology environment.
