Machine Operator

**The role**

We have an opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to produce a high-end quality product as part of a close knit and supportive team located in Maroochydore. This full-time role, however, you must be flexible to work as part of a shift work structure if needed. The possibility of overtime also exists.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Operate a Columbia Press block machine
- Diagnose system faults
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
- Maintain accurate records
- Development of team members
- Management of raw materials

**What you will need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a machine operator (experience with block machines highly desirable)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to fault find with machinery
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Strong commitment to safety and the environment
- Forklift and/or front end loader ticket (preferred, but not essential)
