Bond Cleaner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bond Cleaner with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to meet cleaning deadlines.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Minimum 1 year in bond cleaning or in the cleaning industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces to meet bond cleaning standards.
- Handle and clean various surfaces and materials with appropriate cleaning agents.
- Inspect and report any damages or issues within the property.
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
