Trainee Receptionist

**The Role**

Manage the reception duties in our Belconnen office. As the first point of contact for our visitors we need someone who is customer focused and organized to handle the flow of people in a professional manner.

We are looking for a Trainee willing to learn and grow. With the right attitude, you don’t need experience. To succeed you’ll need the ability to talk to people from all walks of life and a desire to be the best at what you do.

**Duties**
- Greet all visitors
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
- File management
- Ordering consumables
- Provide administrative support to teams
