**As the Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in helping The Cato Group make Victorian workplaces safer.**

The Cato Group is a leader in school and workplace first aid supplies. We deliver premium products with a focus on our own Australian-made first aid kits.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised team member ready to hit the road driving across metropolitan Melbourne and outer suburbs.

**Our Multi-Drop Driver**:

- Starts and ends each day at our Hawthorn East headquarters
- Works from 7.00am to 3.30pm
- Works 4 days per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
- Has the potential to extend to 5 days per week

**Note that**:

- There will be a 3-month trial period
- The business will be closed for Xmas break from 20/12/24 to 06/01/25.

**Our Multi-Drop Delivery Driver's duties include**:

- Delivering orders to multiple customers and picking up stock from multiple suppliers on extended daily routes
- Representing The Cato Group as a safe and courteous road user
- Providing a positive service experience for our customers
- Accurately following instructions and making contact if clarification is needed
- Working with our Operations and Customer Care teams to plan and meet delivery schedules
- Taking initiative to resolve issues on the road
- Manual handling such as lifting, packing and unpacking the van, and using trolleys and pallet jacks

**As the Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-drop delivery driving
- Can multi-task with a level head
- Are fit and ready to meet the physical demands of the role
- Are highly organised and time efficient
- Communicate clearly and politely
- Are dependable and hard-working
- Can build customer relationships in a professional manner
- Can use an iPhone and navigational apps, and read delivery documents
- Hold a current full Victorian drivers licence and can demonstrate a good driving record
- Hold a current Working With Children Check
- Preferably hold a forklift licence
