**Job Description**:
3M Oral Care is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to lead our strategy and drive into the Government Markets and Dental Services Organisation sectors. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing the business plan with major customers within these market segments. We are seeking a sales professional that is at ease engaging the C-suite and at the same time able to sell the benefits and value of 3M Dental solutions and products to clinicians.

The 3M Dental portfolio is headlined by our Filtek, Scotchbond, RelyX, Imprint, and Clinpro brands. This is a most exciting and opportunistic time to be joining a market leader during a significant period of evolution for 3M and its Health Care Business Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and implement the strategic business plan and resultant tactics for the 3M ANZ Dental business to meet revenue and growth targets for Government Markets and Dental Services Organisations.
- Foster and build on the 3M relationship with key customers at the C-suite level allowing for collaboration by all parties for mutual benefit.
- Leverage internal and external networks including channel partners to deliver agreed benefit and value to major accounts, and at the same time achieve 3M objectives.

Key Criteria
- A minimum of 5 years in a professional selling role with key account management and/or business development experience preferably in the health care industry.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales growth and new business targets for nominated key accounts.
- Effective negotiator to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proficiency in leveraging and driving the use of standard CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for sales and territory planning, opportunity pipeline and activity management.
- High degree of computer literacy across the Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiarisation with Power BI would be viewed as an advantage.
- Confident manner allowing for the rapid development and strengthening of internal and external relationships.
