The responsibilities include managing inventory items, executing operational inventory tasks, recommending, and implementing inventory control protocols and providing sound, fact based and actionable information to various business users.

The inventory analyst is an analytical, skilled role within the supply chain team. The responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing inventory items, executing operational inventory tasks, recommending, and implementing inventory control protocols and providing sound, fact based and actionable information to various business users.

To be successful as an inventory analyst, you should be analytical with strong attention to detail. Possessing an acute commercial awareness, you should be able to interpret, recommend and act upon data in respect of inventory, demand forecasting and logistics.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and commercial acumen are required to gather information from different departments, to recommend and provide support directed to improved inventory decision making throughout the business.

**About you**
- Demonstrated competence in Supply Chain/Inventory analysis or related position.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Experience in analysis of supplier performance and reporting of contract compliance against KPI's.
- Demonstrated consultative, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Excel.
