To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or strong diploma will be considered.
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships.
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box.'
- Solid understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

In this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children under your supervision. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children. You will collaborate with families and other team members to ensure the well-being and overall growth of the children in your care.
