Job Description: Dash Group Labour Hire is currently seeking experienced Temporary Scaffolders to join our team for an upcoming project. As a Temporary Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction and maintenance projects by erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and accurately erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to determine the appropriate type and configuration of scaffolding for each project.
- Perform inspections of scaffolding equipment and components prior to use to ensure they meet safety regulations.
- Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and fellow workers.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless coordination during scaffolding operations.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Valid scaffolding certification or relevant training.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Punctuality and reliability to meet project schedules.
