Rostering Coordinator

**About your role**:
Responsible for supporting our facility by developing, implementing, and reviewing rosters, you will:

- Develop & manage cost effective workforce rosters as per the facility needs
- Prepare reports as required for the Compliance and Performance department
- Monitor availability and attendance including the coordination of staff replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
- Liaise with the administration team regarding daily timesheets distribution
- Prepare fortnightly pay summaries and submit to payroll for processing and process any payroll queries
- Manage the staff leave planner, annual leave backfill and workforce personnel files
- Works with the Facility Manager to ensure rosters are activity based and cost effective, including the approval of agency staff.

**About you**:

- 3+ years in an administration role with experience developing rosters
- Experience in facilitating orientation and systems training
- Intermediate ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Suite
- Queensland provisional or above Drivers Licence
