**What you will be doing**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Executive Assistant to join the team at Richmond Community Health Centre supporting the General Manager of Primary care and Community Health. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager of Primary Care & Community Health. Your responsibilities will include, executive support, record management, managing systems and process, office management, rostering and leave and human resources support.

We are looking for a self starter who is able to provide strong Executive Support and Office Management experience to support other members of the team. The incumbent will also ensure that systems and processes are standardise across the service including records management.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

**Selection Criteria to be Addressed**:

- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective and professional administrative support, in confidence and with discretion, to the General Manager
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, sound negotiation, interpersonal, and liaison skills, and demonstrated ability to problem solve and use professional judgement
- Demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities and demands, work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of electronic systems that support business processes, including purchasing, recruitment, rostering and records management
- Experience in taking minutes and preparing agendas and business papers
- Ability to work under limited supervision and tight timeframes
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
