Crop Supervisor

Previous farming experience with basic supervision skills
- Basic productivity report and support with related systems (crop picker)
- Based in Perth, Tasmania

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have a newly created opportunity for a Crop Supervisor to join our Nursery Team based in Perth, Tasmania. You will be responsible for providing general supervision to small teams and overseeing of field operations (such as planting, trimming, training, spraying, harvesting and other related activities) with specific focus on achievement of productivity targets and accurate reporting on productivity metrics.
- Overseeing field workers (both direct/indirect) and assist in rostering arrangements.
- Monitoring and reporting on day to day productivity and outputs to site management.
- Operating and conducting farm activities including use of tractor, forklift and other farming machinery and implements.
- Train and supervise field labour workers and ensure correct procedures are applied in the planting, husbandry, trimming and other related activities.
- Organise and supervise all labour related activities at designated working areas.

- Previous experience working on a farm or nursery is preferred
- Previous experience providing supervision to small teams
- Basic excel and computer skills are essential
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
- Valid driver's license
- Unrestricted working rights
