Virtual Queuing Supervisor

**Queuing Supervisor**, your role will involve providing support to the Queuing Operations team for the virtual queuing and Mobile App operation at Village Roadshow Theme Parks located in the Gold Coast, Australia.

As a member of our Client Operations team, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the support and service they need to create memorable experiences for their guests. With your keen interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities \uD83D\uDD0D, you’ll provide operational assistance and collaborate with peers to help come up with out-of-the-box solutions to everyday obstacles. We're looking for people who are patient, team players \uD83E\uDD1D, and love helping others.

**Location**: This position sits at both Warner Brothers Movie World and Sea World.

**Reports to**: Onsite Applications Manager - VRTP.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Driving accesso **LoQueue** solutions in-park sales and promotional activities.
- Engaging in the registration process of the virtual queuing solution.
- Training and supervising of sales & park staff.
- Providing guest service support at the accesso sales offices and at rides.
- Technical support for minor software or hardware issues and escalating if required.
- Maintain and build outstanding lines of communication with stakeholders at both Parks and accesso, including Operations, Support and Development.
- Managing the accesso operation and reporting back to accesso.
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- A keen eye for details.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and team-orientated environment.
- Be able to professionally and effectively communicate with external clients with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Theme Park or leisure industry experience desired.
- Retail and/or operational experience desired.
- Guest service and recovery experience.
- Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving or working at height.
- Driving license
- Must be able to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Able to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
