- Proven experience as a foreman in an automotive workshop
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ideally an in-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Automotive qualifications & current driver’s license
