**About the role**

Responsible for delivering integrated solutions between SaaS vendors and internal API teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with SaaS vendors and internal API teams to design and implement seamless integrations.
- Lead the development and delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions within the messaging ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment with API design best practices to maintain consistency, performance, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously explore and recommend innovative solutions, including leveraging Generative AI, to enhance messaging-related capabilities.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Extensive experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating them with external APIs.
- Proven ability to understand, map, and implement complex API interactions.
- Strong knowledge of API design principles, including RESTful architecture and best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

**Preferred Skills & Additional Expertise**:

- Experience with platforms like LivePerson or other messaging-related SaaS solutions, with a focus on enhancing customer communication and interaction.
- Front-End Development:

- Knowledge of React and other front-end technologies to support end-to-end solution development and integration.
