Data and Insights Analyst - VPS 4 - Fixed term (12 months)
What you'll do
We're looking for a Data and Insights Analyst to join the Data and Reporting team.
You'll use your analytical skills to support high-profile data collection and reporting projects including the People matter survey, annual workforce and executive data collections and other reports and insights products.
You'll develop test instruments and plans, test and review data and reports and ensure that our data is accurate and robust. You'll also analyse data to provide insights and reports for senior stakeholders on important government issues and policy areas.
Who we're looking for
**We want someone who can**:
- Plan for and test a range of data sets using advanced Excel skills and other reporting tools
- Analyse data to generate reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop recommendations to improve how we do our testing
**The following will be highly regarded**:
- Knowledge of data warehouse and SQL language.
