Key job responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of the business and internal programs, processes, and systems and identifying opportunities to improve the program
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks and to improve policies
- Reporting current state and status updates to senior leaders on a regular cadence
- Consulting on potential challenges/obstacles for expansions
- Thinking Big - and injecting new, innovative ways of thinking into the program
- Experience with Independent Contractor business models, package delivery, and / or compliance processes, risk reduction or business policy management in operations
- Law degree or experience with compliance in technology, infrastructure, or transportation industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cater these communications to different audiences
- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
