**Job Description**:
To represent Galderma and introduce its products/medical solutions to Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) and Key Accounts within an agreed customer base in line with current marketing and sales strategies, in order to achieve sales targets and activity objectives within a designated territory.
- This will require a comprehensive understanding of products, services, selling and medical solutions provided by Galderma, appropriate clinical evidence and the territory healthcare market structure in general.
- Promote the good use of products/medical solutions with respect to the highest ethics and according to the principles of the laws in use in the pharmaceutical industry, and act in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales process and conclude sales negotiations in order to retain existing customers and identify / capture new opportunities in a structured manner to build long term relationships and sustainable customer value.
- Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Achieve yearly sales target for assigned territory by working with the relevant HCP’s in primary and secondary care as well as pharmacy counter assistants and commercial buyers (key accounts).-
- Ensure implementation of promotional strategy within territory on targeted customers, achieving coverage and frequency objectives.-
- Effectively promote the portfolio of Galderma products and categories and identify business opportunities with selected customers in primary and secondary care (GP’s, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and key personnel within the secondary or primary care multi
- disciplinary teams or with key accounts-
- Analyze territory sales, ROI of projects and business potential, using all tools, data and information available.-
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Galderma product portfolio, clinical evidence, categories and cross-selling opportunities in order to optimize customer interactions and ensure objectives are met.-
- Maintain follow up on customers through the provision of patient materials, service programs and technical support.-
- Work with other members of the team by sharing ideas and initiatives. Work as an ‘effective team player’ to achieve objectives for the territory and region.-
- Maintain an on-going understanding of the changing local health economy and identify the stage of adoption of change for each group of HCP’s/key accounts. Understand their current ways of working, in order to identify business opportunities.-
- Successfully plan, implement and review Key Opinion Leader (KOL) endorsement meetings.-
- Successfully develop and maintain a partnership with KOL’s to gain endorsement of Galderma’s products and projects.-
- Act as an ambassador of the overall Galderma image and value through the presentation and introduction of additional services.-
- Project a professional impression of Galderma by having a high standard of personal presentation and behaving at all times in an ethical and credible manner and by acting in accordance with the Australian pharmaceutical industry’s code of conduct.-
- Identify and report opportunities for new customers in primary and secondary care.-
- Maintain follow up on customers through the provision of patient materials, service programs and technical support.-
- Achieve a high level of Galderma’s administration and budgetary standards at all times. Ensure accurate administration of sales activities, including accurate reporting of calls, daily appointments, services provided and future meetings. Ensure accurate reporting and administration of expenses, including business mileage.-
- Create, update and maintain all business planning documents throughout the year.-
- Maintain all company equipment issued in a good state of repair.- Skills & Qualifications:

- Work Experience:
- 2-5 years working with HCP’s/pharmacies/ retailers (Rx/OTC products, consumer goods, A&C or medical devices) preferably in dermatology
