**About your new role**

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our fabulous team in this role of Transport Controller. Playing an important part in the overall success of CCEP’s supply chain network, the role is accountable for supporting the daily delivering requirements of our customers through the management of transport delivery drivers and relationships with our third-party providers to ensure this happens in a safe and efficient manner.

**What you will be doing**
- Managing daily operations of the transport distribution activities to ensure that people and equipment levels meet service requirements and are employed efficiently.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal, external customers and stakeholders driving performance to meet contracted service level KPIs.
- Responsible for a structured approach to continuously improve the business including cost down initiatives and innovation.
- Ensure that health and safety is paramount, and responsibilities are effectively communicated throughout the team.
- Management of Chain of Responsibility standards and investigations.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Support State and National Transport Manager with the management of carrier contract and performance reviews.
- Achieve set delivery performance measures through KPI management.

**Let’s talk about you**
- Operational experience within FMCG Supply Chain.
- Previous experience in transport management
- Illustrated experience of outcome-based influencing and complex problem solving.
- Demonstrated experience in root cause analytics to resolve complex business issues.
- Managing a team to budgets and performance targets.
- Ability to partner and manage the relationship with third party suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects.
