Become a key aspect in providing high quality executive, project and administrative support, to enable the efficient and effective outcomes and responses to your Business Unit. Compile and prepare responses in relation to Ministerial, Ombudsman and Member of Parliament enquiries for our State Government Client.

**Key accountabilities**
- Investigate and resolve complaints and feedback related to maintenance provision and service delivery in a high-volume, complex operating environment.
- Research and gather documentation for responses to complex enquiries, ensuring comprehensive addressing of issues and timely responses.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with tenants having complex needs.
- Review and track incoming correspondence, such as Briefing Notes and Ombudsman Enquiries, taking appropriate actions and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate across business streams to facilitate client outcomes, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support in Complaints Management, including compiling reports and preparing documentation and briefing notes.
- Identify and assess operational, reputational, and financial risks, utilizing existing escalation pathways for resolution.
- Offer general administrative support, preparing correspondence, letters, registers, reports, and spreadsheets to meet Business Unit needs.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Extensive background in researching and collecting information from diverse databases for compiling outcomes and responses to Ministerial, Ombudsman, and Member of Parliament enquiries.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in prioritizing workload throughout the day and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
