Cafe Manager

Do you have experience in front of house supervision/management, Barista & Coffee Machine experience and can manage staff? We are on the lookout for an experienced Café Supervisor / Manager for a busy café in Como. You must have a **minimum three years experience **and be able to work with a team but autonomously also.

Duties include the running of the day to day business, staff training & management, rostering, cash handling, stock ordering, working to budgets and being able to have a friendly relationship with our lovely local customer base. The Cafe is privately owned with a happy, fun, loving work environment. Must be flexible with work days including weekend work. **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
