Team ARC is currently looking for outstanding customer focused lifeguards with a positive and energetic attitude. ARC lifeguards will ensure a high level of pool supervision and safety; with a willingness to undertake a variety of roles whilst working in a dynamic and fast paced pool deck environment.

To become part of our amazing team you will have:

- Sound knowledge of pool supervision, water safety, water education, rescue techniques and public safety requirements.
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard Award.
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate.
- A Working with Children Check (for the purposes of hosting birthday parties).
- A friendly and engaging nature.
- Drive to deliver our service vision “outstanding service people talk about”.
