**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Malvern East, VIC

**Salary**: $34-37 per hour + Super + paid leave

**Days**:Wednesdays, Fridays, and one or two other weekdays of your choice

**Hours**: 8am-5pm (a 4th day can be shorter if you prefer)

**Children**: 4 year old, 3 year old, and 3 month old

**Start date**:
***mid-January 2024.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Permanent Australian Resident
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence (to drive the family car)
- 2+ years of experience with babies
- Long-term experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references we can contact.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This easy-going family is seeking a Nanager who is mature, nurturing, and who understands how to manage a household. They are eager to find the right person for what will hopefully be a long-term working relationship.

The children and their needs will be the primary responsibility when they are in the nanny's care. Building positive relationships with them is the top priority, so it is essential that you love babies and young children The family is eager for their nanny to enjoy activities and outings with them. Their 3 and 4 year old girls will be home 2 days a week but attend Kinder the other days.

This role will involve a mix of caring for the children, both independently and alongside the parents at times, and doing household tasks. No deep cleaning is involved, but the family would like help with things such as the following:

- meal prep/simple cooking
- laundry
- shopping/errands
- helping the family to maintain a tidy and organised home environment.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents usually work full-time in busy jobs (mum is returning to work part-time in February, full-time later in the year) and value the time they have to spend with their children. They are an active family, enjoying the outdoors and exploring. The older girls are playful and creative. Family life is reasonably organised with routine but also very responsive to the juggling the children's needs - they're seeking a Nanager who can support this.
