**Contract Officer (Fixed Term Opportunity until May 2025)**:

**In this role, you'll**:
Work as part of a team delivering driver licence programs for learner drivers and riders. You will liaise across many teams in Transport that enable delivery and ongoing program improvement.

The role will see you playing a strong part in ensuring the effective procurement and ongoing management of contracted suppliers in adherence with NSW Government procurement policies to ensure the ongoing continuance of quality and accessible services for regional and metro customers in NSW.

You will also support our ongoing relationships with contracted parties and industry stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role where you will combine working from home with working in the office 1-2 days pw. (Office locations include either Parramatta, Grafton or Glen Innes)

**About you**

You are an enthusiastic self-starter who can bring the skills and knowledge to further establish the operational delivery of programs supporting safer drivers and riders on our roads. You crave exposure to diverse responsibilities and meaningful work.

Your experience in delivering, or the demonstrated capability to learn, critical financial assurance functions including subsidy payment oversight and purchase order variation will see you and your team sustainably deliver driver licence programs.

You make smart choices, deliver on promises, and leverage what we have to ensure a sustainable future. You also thrive in a change and dynamic team environment and are confident in sharing your knowledge with others. You have a keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and experience in developing and refining processes.
