**People & Culture Business Partner**

We're on the hunt for an extraordinary, self-motivated Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing squad of exceptional individuals. **What You’ll Do**
- Own and lead the people strategy for the business unit(s).- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders, acting as the central point of contact within HR.- Ensure HR strategy, policies, and initiatives are successfully communicated and implemented at the business unit level and are aligned with the organization.- Responsible for advising, guiding, and coaching managers and employees on policies interpretation and people management issues.- Identify, develop, and implement strategic HR interventions and tailored HR solutions that will have a positive impact on the business.- Coach and influence business unit leadership teams to support the delivery of people management practices and HR lifecycle activities.- Support hiring managers with talent acquisition activities.
- Provide monthly HR data analytics, insights, and analysis to the business leadership teams, highlighting trends and recommended actions.

**Who You Are**
- **Strong proactivity and organizational skills**: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive, and effectively manage tasks and projects**HR expertise and policy interpretation**: Ability to apply, interpret, and advise/coach/guide managers and employees on HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.**Stakeholder management and collaboration**: Proficient in building trust, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering effective collaboration among teams and individuals.**Analytical and reporting skills**: Experience in developing and interpreting reporting and analytics, utilizing HR and payroll systems, and leveraging tools like MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Webex.**Change management and problem-solving**: Experience in organizational change activities, identifying areas for improvement, and providing solutions, while demonstrating the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist related experience or equivalent role.
