This is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist who wishes to be part of the fast-growing and reputable Myhealth Team.

**Hours required**: up to 36 hours/week

The successful applicant will work alongside their friendly team of doctors, Allied Health & reception team. This important role will be the first point of contact for their patients and to ensure the smooth operations of all daily reception tasks.
- Answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients, billing, scanning incoming mail, patient reminders and general reception duties.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Ability to multi task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Best Practice software or similar medical billing software preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the suitable applicant.
- Processing of workers compensation claims and all private billings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: $22.80 - $24.90 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
