We're on the lookout for skilled babysitters who bring a touch of magic to childcare, serving families across the Toowoomba Region. As a valued member of our team, you'll embark on an exciting journey providing babysitting services in the comfort of families' homes and accommodations. You'll be their reliable support, offering regular assistance on a schedule that suits them - whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Plus, you'll collaborate with fellow babysitters to create unforgettable playtime adventures for groups of three or more little adventurers in various hotels and Airbnb locations.

At Little Wonders, our mission is to support Australian Defence Force families and other families by offering services like date night babysitting, appointment support, and end-of-year event care. You'll also shine at weddings and private events, bringing interactive fun to groups of 3 to 30 kids, ranging from infants to 12-year-old explorers.

Your experience working with kids will shine as you expertly manage each child's unique routine, offer support during emotional moments, and become a nurturing sibling figure when parents need a break. And the fun doesn't stop there - you might even team up with others for group babysitting gigs, weddings, or special events. As an independent contractor, you'll handle your invoicing and keep your qualifications up to date.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
