Casual Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking a Client Services Partner to join our team at Bayside Health Nook. As a Client Services Partner, you will play a vital role in providing reception, administrative, and support services to our clinicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, their families, and their support networks. This is a fast-paced role that requires effective communication and collaboration with all members of the Bayside Health Nook team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls and manage clinicians' diaries accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, offering clear information about our services
- Perform cleaning tasks in the clinic and maintain equipment and consultation rooms
- Contribute to the development of administrative processes and strive for continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate billing of appointments and manage stock of consumable products
- Assist with IT services and support when required
- Participate in training and development activities, meetings, and performance reviews
- Follow all procedures outlined in the Policies & Procedure Manual
- Assist patients with mobility, literacy, language, and comprehension difficulties
- Report incidents or potential incidents to the Practice Manager
- Demonstrate commitment to professional development and reflective practice

Additionally, you will have business development and sales and marketing responsibilities, including:

- Collaborating with the Practice Manager and Director to identify potential clients and growth opportunities
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and target markets
- Assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies and materials
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and attending industry events
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Assisting in lead generation, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
- Assisting in client retention strategies and communicating the value proposition effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in data entry and IT troubleshooting is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynnum, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 21/08/2023
