**About the Role**

We are seeking a permanent, full-time **Paralegal** to join our busy mortgage recovery team, situated within and as an important part of our Restructuring & Insolvency team.

You will work for leading WA clients and be responsible for the end-to-end process for retail and business lending recoveries, from letters of demand, to court proceedings to enforce securities.

**About You**

As a successful applicant, you will have:

- Previous industry experience in a similar role
- A desire to learn and continuously improve
- High level of attention to detail
- An ability to manage a portfolio of matters/tasks
- Excellent comprehension, spelling and grammar skills
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of the Supreme Court mortgage recovery process and National Credit Code will be highly desirable.
