**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**JOB TITLE**:Medical receptionist / Executive Assistant
**JOB TYPE**:Casual
**LOCATION**:Hurstville - Highly desired - if able to travel to Gledswood Hills on occasion as well.
**SUPERVISOR/MANAGER**:Samantha Griffiths
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment to each and every patient.
- Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts in paperless office.
- Scheduling and effective management of patient bookings in Xestro software (new, follow up, recall and confirmation).
- Provide quotation to patients on medical procedures.
- Co-ordination of procedure lists and liaison with patients in relation to procedures.
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations, including WorkCover, third party claims and inpatient medical claims
- Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash).
- Scanning, filing, mail/fax (retrieval and distribution) and photocopying.
- General cleaning and tidiness of practice premises.
- Monitor and requisition office supplies as necessary.
- Provide ongoing administration support to the Practice Manager and your Supervisor.
- Provide expert assistance to Dr Narainraj Kamalaraj including schedule management.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Qualifications**:
- First aid certificate
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist within a medical environment, even if it is minimum experience. However, you will require a ‘can do’, enthusiastic attitude and excellent work ethic and integrity.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
