**The Role**

We are seeking a full time Sales Associate to create outstanding customer experiences & support the team in store operations & whenever necessary. This role is ideal for someone with a strong premium retail background, looking to transfer skills to a luxury brand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieve all KPIs and CRM requirements
- Focus on cross, up-selling and have strong “matchmaking” skills for all product categories
- Drive local clients network growth
- Recruit and convert prospect clients
- Build lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires and providing advice Maintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members
- Proficient and accurate use of POS
- Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions
- Prevent, minimize and reduce risk of stock loss or theft occurrence at all times

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Associate in a premium fashion / accessories brand is preferred
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Driven to achieve results within deadline
- Keep up to date with company news, current market trends and competitors’ products/activities
- Strong teamwork
- Be positive and proactive
