**About the Opportunity**

This varied and enjoyable role will involve liaising with a diverse array of Australia’s retail travel agency brands (excluding all internal Flight Centre Travel Group brands) and assisting them plan all aspects of their client's trips, including flights, accommodation, tours and activities, transfers, etc, with the aim of generating business for the organisation.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure enquiries are actioned within strict deadlines
- Quoting, booking, invoicing Air and Land packages
- Meet and exceed agent expectations as the travel expert
- Resolve agent issues in a satisfactory manner to all parties concerned
- Share product knowledge and information on fares / destinations
- Attend all conferences, team meetings and training sessions

**What you will need**:

- Minimum 12 months Retail / Wholesale travel industry experience is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- GDS experience (Sabre preferred)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- TravelBox / HELiO experience will be well regarded
- Exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Hotel reservations experience is desirable
