Working in the B2B Marketing Team as part of our Parcel, Post & eCommerce Services business unit. In this role you will be reporting into a well-established and empowering Senior Manager within Customer & Industry Engagement.

The role will see you conceptualising and bringing to life strategic customer and industry experience and events. This creates in impact on our revenue by positioning Australia Post within core industries, enabling our key stakeholders to deepen their existing industry and customer knowledge and relationships. Within this role you will be able to see the direct impact that you have on the commercial outcomes of the business.

**In your new role you will be**:

- Contributing to the planning and delivery of the customer engagement and events marketing plan. Which includes events, sponsorships and marketing activity.
- Organising and facilitating industry engagement events. Such as physical conferences, virtual conferences, exhibitions and speaking opportunities.
- Organising Australia Post’s business customer events to drive new customer engagement.
- Create and organise projects that position Australia Post aligned to our industry and the business growth strategy.
- Continuously improving the customer engagement offerings and experience.
- Developing communications for multiple stakeholders. This will include collateral, materials, agency briefs, briefing documents, project plans, event summaries and post event reports.
- Collaborating across the marketing centre of excellence to align with business priorities and leveraging broader marketing programs.
- Fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Delivering on reporting requirements on a regular basis.

**About you **
- You are an experienced marketeer, with a knowledge and understanding of B2B sales environments.
- You are an experienced stakeholder manager, who is able to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and perspectives.
- You are customer focused, and have the customer at the forefront of your decision making.
- You are able to gain understanding of Australia Post’s business drivers, our competitive advantage and the impact on how Australia Post operates.
