What’s on offer?

The opportunity is for an experienced Civil Foreman will see you grow and develop a team across a wide range of projects. You will be working for an established and well-supported infrastructure services business to deliver Civil and similar industry works in and around the Ballarat region.
- You will be responsible for:_
Leading a team to deliver a range of projects including:
- Small to medium civil projects incorporating drainage and earth works- Assisting with concrete footpath, asphalt and kerb & channel replacement works- Resolving daily site issues- Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments;- Giving feedback to the Project Manager on individual and team performance, safety, quality and timeliness of work.

How you’ll connect to the role?

Key things we will be looking for include:
- Prior experience in general civil works- HR licence- Plant operation experience- Strong leadership capabilities- A strong work ethic and interest in helping grow the business- An ability to work away from home when required and willingness to undertake overtime/weekend work/night shift work.
