**About the role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join Cars24 in Australia as a stock controller/ gatehouse assistant.

You will be in charge of recording all inbound and outbound movements of vehicles. This will include stock vehicles, company cars, courtesy cars, delivery vehicles and third-party trucks. You will need to work with the Workshop manager, Logistics Coordinator and Inventory Manager to ensure all location and movements are captured accurately in our tools - Dealer Management System. You will also help with internal warehouse movements, ensuring that vehicles are in their allocated locations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Capture entry and exit of all vehicles
- Update location of all our stock vehicles to maintain a as close to real-time record as possible
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise from incorrect vehicles being delivered
- Direct vehicles to the correct areas in the warehouse

- Excellent communication skills to enable you to get the job done.
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A working knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
