We are seeking a **Para Broker** for our client’s business in **Northbridge**. This position is part-time (15-21 hours per week) with the possibility of going full-time in the future. You will also have the option to work from home, the office, or a combination of both.

**ABOUT THE CLIENT**

Our client has been helping people finance their new homes, investment and commercial properties, cars, and equipment since 1996. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role, your initial duties will include:

- Liaising with Credit Officers regarding queries
- Verifying client documents
- Preparing loan documents for clients to sign
- Liaising with clients regarding settlement requirements
- Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy
- Following up with clients, suppliers, and lenders
- Learning about and developing an understanding of lenders’ credit policies
- Attending to general inquiries and requests
- Promoting loans and other services to clients

**ABOUT YOU**

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following industries:

- Finance
- Mobile lending
- Mortgage / financial broking
