Extrusion Operator with Forklift LIc
- $46 plus per hour

Our client; a National Leader in the Plastics Manufacturing now have an exciting opportunity for **EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERTORS / TECHNICIANS** to join their growing team**. **You will have the opportunity to work in a state of the art Factory and work for a Multi National company.

**12 Hour Shifts in a Rotating 24/7 Roster (Includes Weekend Work)**. IMMEDIATE Start for the right applicants. temp - permanent role.

**Your duties will include, but will not be limited to the following**:

- Quality Assurance, ensuring products are within required standards
- Measuring Products diameter continuously
- Operating plastic extrusion machine
- manual handling / forklift operating
- General factory duties where required
- Experience with Micrometer preferred but not essential
- Updating extrusion reports on a daily basis

**To be successful for this role, you MUST**:

- Ideally have previous experience with Plastic Profile Extrusion Machinery / Plastics Industry
- ** Have a current LF Forklift License - desirable**:

- Have a great work ethic with reliability and commitment
- Have good mechanical aptitude with the mindset to work unsupervised
- Have a "can do" attitude with an ability to be part of a team
- Have a high attention to detail
- able to commence ASAP
- Good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- Safety conscious
- Have your own reliable transportation
- ** Have the ability to work on a 7 day 24hr rotating roster (including weekends)**

In return for your hard work, you will receive ongoing work, excellent support and training and an induction process so you can understand the company and position in further detail.

Previous Experience Within The Plastics Industry Would be Highly **DESIRABLE**, however a strong background in manufacturing and stable work history will also be Taken into consideration.
