This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive remuneration package; base, commission, company vehicle, fuel card, and monthly phone allowance. **We also offer 2 Rostered Days Off per month.**

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Deliver a customer first approach whilst focusing on long term customer retention across the dealership,
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set out in company budgets,
- Monitor daily and monthly sales, gross profit and expenses and initiate corrective actions where required,
- Work with the General Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure appropriate stock is available, including the management of ageing stock and the promotion of Toyota Certified Pre-Owned stock,
- Ensure all retail vehicles are advertised online and reviewed daily, ensuring vehicles remain priced to market,
- Lead and motivate a sales team of differing experience levels and drive their development and high performance.
