**JOB FUNCTION**:
Under mínimal supervision, the TS Lead Principal is the industry expert who is master of the content in the appointed market domain. The Lead Principal is on top of the latest developments and ensures that UL is aligned accordingly. He/she is the go-to person for all content within the market domain(s) of ULTS, drives innovations and shares this with the team. The Lead Principal is a trusted advisor towards customers, offering (technical) consultancy and training to the different players in the market. Acts a spokesman within industry forums and is capable of handling multiple complex projects at the same time. The Lead Principal brings in new leads for UL and develops new services. The Lead Principal is industry expert, both by internal staff as well as our customers.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acts as spokesperson at the key industry events and acts as key influencer at our customers and other organization’s in the UL network.
- Acts as a spokesman in the customer environment and industry forum
- Maintain/improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, obtaining applicable certifications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of the art practices and participating in professional societies and cross-departmental task forces
- Responsible for project management of the complex audit and advisory projects
- Involved in and part of (hands-on) key projects within the market area to understand, define and meet customer needs. Responsible for the quality of project deliverables
- Has an up-to-date market knowledge, drives innovations and is a knowledge person to the team
- Contributes in the training and coaching of new employees
- Performs other duties as directed

What makes you a great fit:

- University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a technically related discipline.
- 5 - 7 years working experiences with solid knowledge in electronic payment ecosystems and security, including:
**1. Payment standards such as PCI PIN, PCI P2PE, AusPayNet IAC Code Set Volume 1, 2, 3, and SWIFT CSP.**
**2. Encryption key management**
**3. Cloud-based payments and security**:

- Proven experience in customer facing advisory services, technical expertise communication skills, in depth knowledge of the indicated market domain. Able to quickly adapt to various technical and organizational environments, ability to coach other team members.
