About the Role
Based at our Kewdale site and reporting to the Sales Manager - Galvanising, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the growth of sales of galvanized products and services. This role requires the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the advantages of galvanized products in meeting customer needs for corrosion protection, durability, and sustainability. The Sales Representative will work closely with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring that they are informed about the benefits of galvanized steel solutions. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding market share by delivering exceptional customer service, technical knowledge, and effective solutions for our clients’ needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within target markets, including construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors, for galvanized products.
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Offer customized solutions based on specific customer requirements and project specifications
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
