**Job Overview**: We’re looking for a **Sports Surfacing Labourer** who’s enthusiastic, hardworking, and loves being part of a team. You’ll be working on exciting projects, helping to construct, surface and maintain sports facilities across a range of sites. If you like working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and sharing the satisfaction of a job well done with a supportive team, this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside a friendly and skilled team to install and maintain sports surfaces (including synthetic turf, rubber, and more)
- Help prepare sites by clearing debris, levelling ground, and ensuring the base is ready for surfacing
- Collaborate with your team members to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment, making sure everything is in top shape for the next job
- Take pride in keeping worksites clean, safe, and well-organized
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and the quality of work
- Join in on occasional team-building activities and events that make our team spirit stronger

**Skills and Experience**:

- No previous experience? No problem We’ll teach you what you need to know. However, any experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labour is a bonus
- A great attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Comfortable working outdoors, in all kinds of weather—rain or shine, we get the job done
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working with your hands
- Ability to work as part of a team—supporting and helping your colleagues
- A solid understanding of health and safety practices is a must
- A current driving license is essential
- A blue card or ability to obtain is essential

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Monthly bonus
- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
