**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a friendly and organised Junior Receptionist to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about healthcare and eager to kick-start their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will greet clients with a warm smile, assist with scheduling appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of our clinic.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer incoming calls & schedule appointments.
- Invoice & collect payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area & waiting room.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, postage and data entry to support the administrative team.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred but **not required**; recent graduates or career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
